v 0.2.9 - Visa Skies, The Enormous HorseBank Update

This patch brings us a whole quest and unlock flow to the application through the hrseBank. Now drawing and tycooning really are central parts of the experience - at first.

Also:

• We've implemented MCP, which seems kind of antithetical to the idea of a social network who's purpose is to discourage and manage fake or bot-derived content, but it's more considered than that because MCP-derived content is flagged and filterable, and also I can't help but learn about new interface technologies dammit.

• some perf fixes (we're going to be doing more of these as we go, the performance of HDT on the public server with all of my posts in it needs some massaging, and I'm just one person)
